Job summary

MSD is seeking an Associate Director to define and evolve a comprehensive Patient Support Program (PSP) strategy for an individualized therapy. You will lead enrollment, data strategies, and hub governance to enable patient access across a complex treatment path.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliant, scalable solutions that improve patient navigation and outcomes while aligning with payer and reimbursement dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the PSP strategy, service model, and capabilities.
• Design enrollment and multi-consent processes for patient services programs.
• Develop hub rules, workflows, and escalation pathways for patient support.
• Oversee affordability strategy, copay programs, and financial assistance.
• Translate strategy into operational execution with vendors and centers of excellence.
• Support vendor selection and measure performance with governance processes.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting for program analytics.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and IT teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BA/BS)
