Job summary

MSD is seeking a Director, Patient Strategy & Innovation Lead to drive patient-centric programs across global teams. You will shape strategy, engage stakeholders, and manage initiatives that support the patient journey and digital health capabilities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with US-based CEI teams and brand marketing to ensure seamless deployment and measurable impact on patient experience and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in patient support, engagement, digital health strategy, program management, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment.
• Proven track record in strategic patient engagement or marketing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare ecosystem including patient support and reimbursement dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic development and execution of patient engagement programs.
• Develop partnerships to enhance patient support offerings and digital capabilities.
• Act as liaison between DHH Patient Capabilities team and US CEI Patient CoE/marketing teams.
• Oversee end-to-end program management within time and budget constraints.
• Champion patient-centric innovation and evolve strategy with data and analytics.
