Job summary

Hometree is hiring a dedicated Accounts Payable professional to manage the day-to-day purchase ledger across our group. You will work across Xero and QuickBooks Online with automation tools to process around 1,000 supplier invoices monthly, run weekly payments, and support month-end closes.

You’ll be part of a growing finance team, with funded professional study (AAT pathway, potential CIMA/ACCA) and development opportunities as the business expands across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable experience in a multi-entity group.
• Ability to own the AP process end-to-end and drive automation.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices across multiple entities using Dext and route approvals.
• Run supplier payments and month-end runs ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage aged creditors.
• Support CIS payments and sub-contractor payments with checks and balances.
• Assist audits with organized documentation and data pulls.
• Identify manual tasks to streamline with automation.
