Job summary

Mary’s Meals is seeking a Programme Logistics Manager to lead and optimise logistics across our global school-feeding programmes. You will oversee inventory, fleet, facilities and supplier management, driving continuous improvement and aligning with programme operations strategy.

With extensive logistics experience in international settings, you will shape policies, analyse performance data, and support country teams to raise standards while maintaining cost-effective, safe operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in logistics and/or operations within an international organisation.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems, processes and performance management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures.
• Experience using data to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with ability to balance priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable and results-focused.
• Experience leading or coordinating geographically dispersed teams is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight of inventory, fleet, facilities and supplier management.
• Shape logistics policies, processes and tools for global programmes.
• Use performance data to identify opportunities and manage risk.
• Support country teams to build capability and uplift standards.
• Collaborate with procurement to improve programme delivery.
• Ensure safe, cost-effective fleet management and supplier performance.
• Contribute to programme planning, audits and operational strategy.
