Who You Are

• Hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top university
• Have a strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project work
• Think rigorously — you're comfortable with ambiguity and know how to structure a hard problem
• Communicate clearly and precisely in writing, with exceptional attention to detail
• Work independently and reliably without the need for close supervision
• Based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or data quality workflows
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Background spanning multiple technical disciplines — breadth is a real asset here
• Familiarity with AI tools, language models, or machine learning concepts
