Alignerr seeks a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) for AI training projects. This remote, asynchronous role invites expert researchers to design rigorous, high-complexity problems that push AI reasoning and evaluation standards.

You will work across disciplines, review AI outputs, and contribute to methodology with publications and clear communication. Hours are flexible (10–40 per week) and compensation is hourly freelance work.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in STEM or related field from a top-tier university.
• Proven track record in research with publications or advanced independent work.
• Strong written communication and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world AI relevance.
• Apply domain expertise to craft complex problem statements and evaluate AI outputs.
• Review AI-generated solutions for accuracy, depth, and logical soundness across domains.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to iteratively improve model performance.
• Ensure academic rigor and depth across every deliverable.
