About The Role

What if your years of advanced research and hard-won expertise could directly shape how the world's most powerful AI systems reason, think, and solve problems? We're looking for postdoctoral researchers, PhD holders, and Masters-level experts to take on one of the most intellectually demanding - and rewarding - roles in AI development.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for serious researchers. You'll work alongside leading AI labs to design and evaluate the kinds of complex, multi-disciplinary problems that push AI to its limits.

Who You Are

• Holder of a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field
• Strong track record of research, publications, or complex independent project work

• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision
