Job summary

Royal Bank of Scotland, the NatWest Boxed AI Programme, seeks an AI Delivery Manager to own end-to-end execution, governance, and the operational shape of AI initiatives. You will align strategy with delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive momentum and adoption.

In this remote-first role, you will orchestrate ExCo briefings, manage dependencies, and quantify benefits while reporting on performance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale technology or digital transformation programmes end-to-end.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executives to delivery teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, lifecycle management, and delivery tools.
• Fintech or banking environment experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution and delivery governance for Boxed AI initiatives.
• Maintain rigorous reporting across the AI portfolio with milestones and benefits.
• Orchestrate ExCo/C-suite briefing decks and governance decisions.
• Identify dependencies and unblock blockers across multiple delivery streams.
