Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Sales Enablement Manager for Onchain Compliance to design and scale AI-first onboarding, training, and coaching for a fast-moving regulatory market.

You will build AI-enabled onboarding packages, roleplays, and talk tracks from real data, ensure accuracy through AI quality checks, and deliver personalized development paths for GTM teams, with strong overlap with US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to redesign workflows around AI tools.
• Experience building onboarding, training, and certification programs for sales or customer-facing teams, with AI-enabled content personalization.
• Ability to learn complex topics quickly and translate them into practical AI-powered resources (research, drafting, call analysis).
• Hands-on with sales and enablement tools; quick to adopt, optimize, and automate new systems with AI.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-first segment onboarding, turning product specs into a full enablement package in a single session.
• Build training, roleplays, and talk tracks from real data with AI to keep messaging aligned with market moves.
• Run ongoing training and certification across discovery, product mastery, objection handling, competitive positioning, and compliance fundamentals with AI-generated content.
• Deliver AI-driven personalized development paths for GTM team members and surface key coaching signals.
• Build AI quality checks to ensure compliance content is accurate before customer conversations.
• Create and ship agents and automations to automate repetitive work without heavy RevOps or engineering dependencies.
