Job summary

Environment Bank is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive practical value from AI tools and automation across our remote-first Data, Systems & GIS team. You will train colleagues, prototype automations and build internal AI capabilities to support nature restoration.

You’ll collaborate with diverse teams, champion responsible AI, and develop scalable solutions while maintaining governance and data security.

Qualifications

• Experience using LLM platforms for real work tasks.
• Workflow automation experience.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a fully remote team.
• Curiosity about environment and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Champion responsible AI across the business, staying current with platforms and capabilities.
• Develop training, guidance and documentation to help colleagues use AI tools.
• Lead structured discovery with teams to map how work is done and identify opportunities.
• Maintain a prioritised pipeline of AI and automation opportunities, and report progress.
• Prototype and test new tools, turning opportunities into working solutions.
• Enable colleagues to implement simple AI solutions and build internal tools.
• Create, maintain and update documentation for tools and training materials.
• Build a network of AI champions and self-serve guidance across teams.
• Establish guardrails and best practices for responsible AI use.
