Job summary

Clinisys in the United Kingdom seeks a Project Manager to deliver complex software implementations for NHS and private healthcare organisations, primarily supporting the ICE Order Communications solution.

You will manage customer-facing projects for a software vendor, coordinating with delivery teams and partners. Healthcare experience is desirable but not essential. Remote role with occasional travel; 40-hour weeks and potential weekend go-live.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience delivering customer-facing software implementations throughout the full lifecycle
• Experience working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider
• Experience managing challenging stakeholders
• Experience managing project plans, budgets, resources, risks and issues
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of Prince2 methodologies
• Experience using project planning and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of software implementations from initiation through to go-live and customer handover.
• Own project plans, timelines, risks, budgets and resource coordination.
• Work closely with customers, internal delivery teams and third-party suppliers.
• Lead project meetings, governance activities and customer communications.
• Provide regular project status updates and delivery reporting.
• Support software go-lives and transition to support teams.
• Managing multiple concurrent software implementation projects at any one time.
