Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Project Manager to deliver complex software implementation projects for NHS and private healthcare organisations across the UK, primarily supporting our ICE Order Communications solution. The role requires managing customer-facing projects for a software vendor, with healthcare experience desirable.

Remote-based role with occasional travel, standard 40-hour week, and occasional weekend go-live activities. Onboarding includes initial office attendance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager delivering customer-facing software implementations.
• Experience working for a software vendor, supplier or technology provider.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects from initiation to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of software implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets and resource coordination.
• Collaborate with customers, internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Lead project meetings, governance activities and stakeholder communications.
• Provide regular status updates and delivery reporting.
• Support go-lives and transition to support teams.
