Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology, software, or NHS environments.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software applications.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability and messaging standards (HL7, FHIR, XML).
• Experience delivering workshops, training, or process reviews.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and workflows.
• Configure, test, and implement Clinisys ICE solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
• Support integration with connected healthcare systems and interoperability efforts.
• Contribute to product and process improvements from customer feedback and implementation experience.
• Support project delivery activities including planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
