Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Design Engineer - Creative Studio in the United Kingdom to build AI-powered creative interfaces and end-to-end features. You will blend frontend engineering with product thinking, shaping UX for image, video, music, and agentic creation.

You will mentor frontend engineers, collaborate with Design, Engineering, Growth, and Sales, and help raise the bar for the team through excellence in execution and shared standards.

Qualifications

• Frontend engineer with strong design sense and UX focus.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React and TypeScript; builds modern web apps.
• Experience with design/animation libraries (Shadcn, Framer Motion, D3).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating polished digital experiences.
• Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, data structures.
• Product mindset with user-centered decisions.
• Self-driven, autonomous, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration across Design, Engineering, Growth and Sales.
• Experience with media/AI-powered products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain creative products and platform experiences with frontend focus.
• Design UX/UI workflows for AI-powered creative experiences (image, video, music).
• Own end-to-end features from concept to launch.
• Define product and development direction for owned features.
• Mentor junior frontend engineers and share engineering standards.
• Contribute to scalable, secure internal infrastructure as usage grows.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Growth and Sales to solve problems.
• Work on large-scale datasets to support generative AI models.
