Accenture in the UK is hiring a frontend engineering manager to lead cross‑functional product teams, collaborate with designers, data scientists and engineers, and drive ambitious digital transformations. You’ll shape platforms, mentor engineers and advance Generative AI initiatives across client projects.

The role is hybrid, based in Manchester or London, requiring three days in the office and on-site work as needed. Strong frontend tech, AI experience and consulting mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-end engineering teams/squads.
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies on web/mobile.
• Experience applying Generative AI in product workflows.
• Experience integrating cloud services into complex solutions.
• Senior engineering leadership experience (Engineering Lead / Team Lead).
• Extensive experience in agile environments for digital product creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end engineering across large digital and agile transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on building product and platform engineering capabilities and teams.
• Build strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers.
• Propel the use of Generative AI within our work and products.
• Contribute to technology and engineering thought leadership.
• Mentor and develop team skills, performance, and career growth.
• Develop offerings, assets, capabilities and participate in events.
