Job summary

DOOR3 is seeking a front-end specialist for a remote role (UK or Europe) who shapes what’s worth building, designs it by building, and owns the result in production. You’ll join a product squad with engineers and be accountable for the end product.

You’ll work on AI-enabled experiences where agents perform the work and humans review and authorise. You’ll bring strong design judgment, ship with speed, and ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-device consistency.

Qualifications

• Front-end developer who shapes and ships production-ready experiences.
• Strong design judgment and the ability to ship end-to-end.
• Experience with AI-enabled product interfaces and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Explore and prototype to validate the right UX approaches.
• Carry features through to production front-end.
• Collaborate with users and squads to shape scope and priorities.
• Build supervisor surfaces for agent-native platforms and dashboards.
• Apply AI across the design-build-test loop with judgment.
