Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the listed languages.
• Backend development experience building services and APIs that scale.
• Ability to write maintainable, tested code and reviews.

Responsabilités

• Create reproducible coding tasks covering feature work, bug fixes, refactors and performance improvements.
• Write reference solutions and automated checks that accept valid code and reject incorrect solutions.
• Investigate bugs and slow performance in multiple codebases, then document debugging approach and technical reasoning.
• Review peer code submissions for correctness, clear explanations and sound software engineering practice.
