Job summary

Caraires Recruitment Limited is supporting a membership organisation in recruiting a Digital Solutions Developer (AI & Automation) to join their Digital/IT team in the UK. This role offers remote work with an office in Lutterworth and a 36.25-hour week.

You will design, develop and support internal applications, automate processes, and build integrations across Dynamics 365, websites and Microsoft technologies, with emphasis on AI/LLMs to improve efficiency and user experience.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience developing software, digital solutions or business applications.
• Experience building integrations and APIs.
• Practical experience with AI technologies and automation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and CRM systems.
• Understanding of data protection, security and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support digital solutions, automations and system integrations.
• Build and maintain applications, workflows and connected services across the organisation.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions using AI technologies and Large Language Models.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365, websites, Microsoft technologies and third‑party platforms using APIs.
• Work closely with colleagues to understand business requirements and recommend practical technical solutions.
