Job summary

Stratospherec Limited is hiring an AI Automation Engineer for a UK SaaS platform. The role focuses on designing and orchestrating AI workflows that connect LLMs, agents, APIs and business systems to automate end-to-end processes with validation and human oversight.

You will enhance AI-powered pipelines, build a RAG-based support system and coordinate multi-stage workflows across teams while maintaining the PHP/MySQL/AWS stack as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering foundations with APIs, databases, testing and deployment.
• Practical experience using Claude Code, Codex or comparable AI development tools.
• Experience building AI workflows beyond assisted coding, professionally or via personal projects.
• Understanding of integrations, orchestration, validation and reliable AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and orchestrate AI workflows connecting LLMs, agents, APIs and business systems to automate processes with validation and monitoring.
• Improve AI-powered development pipelines from requirements through deployment.
• Develop RAG-based support systems to improve ticket handling and automated resolution.
• Build multi-stage workflows coordinating AI agents, tools and systems.
• Collaborate with operations to automate manual processes and improve reliability.
