Job summary

Outlier is seeking OpenClaw Agent Builders for freelance, remote work. Earn up to $50 USD per hour with weekly payments. Most experts commit 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours when projects require.

As part of the team, you will help shape autonomous agents by writing eval rubrics, debugging agent traces, and stress testing under live conditions. You’ll gain access to leading AI tools and participate in incentives that reflect project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
