Contribute to shaping autonomous agent workflows and participate in multi-turn system design and evaluation tasks. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in backend engineering or AI automation, and a track record of building modular, production-grade software for live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, and reporting).
• Experience in live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.
• Nice to have: experience with live tools such as Supabase, Gmail, and various APIs.
