As part of our team, you will write evaluation rubrics, debug traces, and stress test agents, collaborating with developers and researchers worldwide. Prior backend, AI automation, and complex integration experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular separation across services.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments with multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex behaviors.
• Nice to have: multi-stage coordination tasks and live tool integrations.
