Outlier is seeking skilled contributors to help train autonomous agents like OpenClaw. This is a freelance, remote role, with pay up to $50 USD per hour and weekly payments.

You can choose your own schedule, typically dedicating 5–10 hours per week, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours as projects demand. The work focuses on designing, coordinating, and testing multi-step agent workflows, writing evaluation rubrics, debugging traces, and stress testing.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation.
• Experience building for live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback.
