Synapri in Milton Keynes seeks an Agile Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across cloud platforms. Hybrid role requiring three days onsite weekly, with a focus on coordinating product and value stream teams, guiding Agile ceremonies and removing impediments to delivery.

You will mentor technical teams, manage dependencies across multiple squads and participate in PI Planning to ensure timely, high-quality releases. Salary £70,000.

Synapri are currently recruiting for an Agile Delivery Manager to join a technology-focused organisation, working across a cloud platform domain team.

What you'll be doing:

• Own end-to-end delivery planning and execution
• Work with Product and Value Stream teams to translate priorities into deliverable roadmaps
• Lead Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
• Coach and support technical teams in Agile ways of working
• Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
• Participate in PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums
• Oversee delivery through build, testing and release

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience in Agile Delivery / Delivery Management / Scrum Master roles
• Experience managing delivery across technical or cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum
• Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams
• SAFe / PI Planning / Value Stream experience is highly desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
