Job summary

You will work within a multidisciplinary partnership, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred care through engagement, stabilization, and transition between court-ordered pathways and community services.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) is essential.
• MSc Advanced Clinical Practice or working toward it.
• MRCGP Substance Misuse Part 1 & Part 2 required.
• Current NMC registration.
• Non-Medical Prescribing (V300) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Undertake advanced clinical assessments for substance use.
• Initiate and review OST and prescribe medication.
• Conduct risk assessments and safeguarding.
• Deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Lead and mentor nursing teams; contribute to governance and quality improvement.
• Participate in MDT meetings and provide specialist clinical advice.
