NHS Ayrshire and Arran in Scotland is seeking a Development Opportunity Community Addiction Advanced Nurse Practitioner based at Ailsa Hospital to support the START team. You will work with clinical leads to develop service delivery, improve access to Opioid Substitution Therapy, and meet MAT standard recommendations, applying advanced nursing practice in addiction care.

The role requires a current NMC registered nurse, leadership skills, driving licence, and ability to work in a complex

Competenze

• Current NMC registered nurse with registration.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities in clinical teams.
• Experience working in addiction services or related field preferred.
• Valid UK driving license is required.

Mansioni

• Support the development of service delivery within START at Ailsa Hospital.
• Increase access to Opioid Substitution Therapy (OST) and meet MAT standards.
• Collaborate with senior management, prescribers and pharmacists to implement care improvements.
• Provide high-quality clinical care for individuals with substance misuse in line with NMC and safety regulations.
