Qualifications

• Relevant registration with a professional body (NMC, HCPC, GPhC).
• Minimum 2 years experience as ACP independently prescribing in Primary Care Setting.
• Broad autonomous scope of practice developed in a general practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients through virtual consultations.
• Communicate effectively with patients and support their needs.
• Prescribe responsibly adhering to relevant guidelines.
