You will convert high-quality leads into enrolled students and collaborate with the Education Team to articulate curriculum and timetable options.

The role focuses on relationship building, data-driven decision making, and achieving enrolment targets while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, admissions or customer service.
• Proven ability to convert enquiries to enrolments.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Highly organised and able to multitask with multiple leads.
• Tech savvy with CRM systems and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversion and relationship management with prospective families.
• Conduct high-quality consultation calls to understand needs and provide recommendations.
• Follow up with leads via phone, Messenger, WhatsApp and live chat to nurture relationships.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Education Team to explain curriculum and timetable options.
• Meet or exceed enrolment targets and contribute to school growth.
