Job summary

Precision Neuro Clinic is seeking an experienced Associate Consultant Psychiatrist with specialist knowledge of ADHD and autism, to support our neurodevelopmental service. The role offers mostly remote work with occasional in-person meetings in Chichester and flexible, sessional hours.

As a self-employed associate, you will collaborate with the Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team, contribute to governance, and help shape ADHD treatment pathways subject to regulatory approval.

Qualifications

• GMC registration and current licence to practise required.
• Entry on GMC Specialist Register in relevant psychiatry subspecialty.
• CCT or recognised equivalent specialist qualification.

Responsibilities

• Undertake specialist psychiatric and neurodevelopmental assessments as agreed.
• Review complex ADHD, autism and combination cases.
• Assess differential diagnoses, comorbidities, risk and treatment suitability.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary diagnostic discussions and decisions.
• Provide consultant-level medical input where diagnostic uncertainty or comorbidity is present.
• Support clinical governance, risk management and incident learning.
