Job summary

ExamWorks Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist to provide senior leadership within our neurodevelopment service. The role combines high-level clinical work with professional oversight, case reviews, and quality assurance across a multidisciplinary team.

You will deliver specialist evaluations, evidence-based formulations, and comprehensive reports while guiding colleagues, contributing to service development, and promoting a neurodiversity-affirming

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy or equivalent).
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Significant post-qualification experience within neurodevelopment pathways.
  • Previous involvement in supervision, mentoring, or clinical leadership.
  • Strong formulation, communication and report-writing skills.
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Sound knowledge of current NICE guidance and evidence-based practice.

Join a Leading Neurodevelopmental Assessment Service

Fully Remote | £75,000

Shape Best Practice in Neurodevelopment

We're seeking an accomplished HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist to provide senior leadership within a growing neurodevelopment service.

This opportunity is suited to a practitioner who brings extensive expertise across complex neurodevelopmental presentations and enjoys supporting colleagues, influencing outcomes, and driving high standards within a multidisciplinary environment.

Alongside direct clinical work, you'll provide professional oversight, contribute to complex case reviews, and help ensure consistency and quality across the wider team.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing supervision and guidance to clinicians undertaking neurodevelopmental work.

About You

You are a confident and experienced Clinical Psychologist with a strong background in neurodevelopmental services and the ability to provide both leadership and expert opinion.

Essential Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy or equivalent).
  • HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Significant post-qualification experience within neurodevelopment pathways.
