Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and Ramp.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Meet).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable process and vendor records.
• Schedule and prepare payments aligned with terms and timelines.
• Maintain and reconcile AP aging and outstanding payables.
• Assist with audits and internal control documentation.
• Support month-end close activities and reconcile related accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for AP inquiries from employees, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with auditors and external partners when required.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships through timely communication.
