Job summary

Harrison Scott Associates is seeking an International Account Director to manage strategic customer accounts across international markets. You’ll combine technical credibility in printing with outstanding relationship-building skills, working with leading printers and brand owners to understand complex requirements and deliver value.

This role requires a solid understanding of print processes, colour management and ink performance, plus the ability to interpret specifications and communicate

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of print processes, ink behaviour and colour management.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and communicate confidently with customers, production teams and technical specialists.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience managing key customer relationships within a print environment.
• Consultative approach with the ability to understand customer challenges and develop commercially successful solutions.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop long‑term partnerships with printers and brand owners to deliver technical solutions that add value.
• Grow existing business and develop new accounts while ensuring high levels of service.
