Job summary

The College of Legal Practice is seeking an Academic Quality Development Manager to join our Academic Team. This remote role focuses on improving our academic programmes, materials and quality systems.

You will work with colleagues across the UK and Australia to analyse feedback, oversee curriculum enhancement and foster new technologies and AI in learning. This is a senior, impact-driven position within legal education.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic quality assurance within higher education.
• Experience developing and maintaining quality standards for academic programmes.
• Experience leading quality improvement initiatives, ideally within legal education.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the regulatory framework for solicitor training and legal education.
• Experience using feedback to drive quality improvements and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement of academic programmes, learning materials and quality systems.
• Analyse student and stakeholder feedback to drive curriculum enhancements.
• Support development of the Canvas learning environment and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UK and Australia teams on curriculum enhancement and innovation.
