Job summary

The College of Legal Practice is seeking an Academic Team Manager to lead a team of Module Leaders, Success Supervisors, external supervisors and subject matter experts. You will oversee curriculum delivery, drive continuous improvement and shape SQE preparation and legal education programmes.

In this senior role you will manage people, budgets and resources, ensuring outstanding student experience in a fast-paced environment, with remote work from the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams of module leaders, success supervisors and external experts.
• Delivery and development of curriculum within the legal services sector in England and Wales.
• Up-to-date knowledge of solicitor training regulatory framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Academic Team to ensure successful programme delivery.
• Oversee curriculum delivery and support teaching excellence across programmes.
• Drive continuous improvement and shape future SQE preparation and legal education.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the College and report to committees as required.
