Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile platforms, including networks, identity, and collaboration tools.

You will administer M365/Entra ID, IAM and MFA, manage Endpoint configurations with Intune/Jamf/MDM, and drive automation through scripting. This role supports deployment upgrades and maintains security best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance and EDR/AV.
• Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation.
• Scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) a plus.
• Clear communication translating tech concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers.
• Manage device lifecycle: builds, replacements, RMAs, onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self-service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.

What You ll bring

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms. Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching. Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation. Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus. Clear, confident communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following:
