Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an IT Operations professional to own escalated issues, perform in-depth troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS, and drive migrations to M365/Entra ID.

You’ll manage endpoints with Intune/Jamf/MDM, support network services, and enhance automation for faster incident resolution. You will join a security‑minded team, ensuring patching, device compliance, and access controls while communicating clearly with technical and non‑technical users.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, macOS and mobile OS.
• Experience administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, and device compliance.
• Proficient in scripting/automation (PowerShell or Bash).
• Excellent communication translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
• Administer M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, and support migration to Entra ID.
• Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
• Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers as needed.
• Manage the full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.

What You ll bring

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms. Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching. Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation. Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus. Clear, confident communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
