Job summary

Open Cosmos Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our COO operations. You will be the go-to for escalated user issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, and mobile OS, while administering Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and supporting our migration to M365 and Entra ID.

You will manage device lifecycles, endpoints with Intune/Jamf/MDM, and help deploy security baselines. Strong troubleshooting, clear communication, and scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) are essential to keep users

• Own and resolve escalated issues across Windows, Linux, macOS, iOS/Android, networks, identity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Meet SLAs and communicate clearly with users and stakeholders.
• Administer Google Workspace, SSO/IAM, MFA and support our migration to M365 and Entra ID.
• Manage endpoints using Intune/Jamf/MDM, including software packaging and secure baselines.
• Support LAN/WLAN/VPN/DNS/DHCP/firewall changes and monitoring; liaise with providers as needed.
• Manage the full device lifecycle builds, replacements, RMAs and onboarding/offboarding.
• Contribute to deployments and upgrades (office builds, Wi‑Fi refresh, EDR rollouts, migrations).
• Improve automation, self‑service, reporting and monitoring through scripting and tooling.
• Champion security best practice across patching, hardening, device compliance, and access controls.

What You ll bring

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS and SaaS platforms. Demonstrable ability in administering M365, Entra ID, IAM, MFA/SSO, device compliance, EDR/AV and patching. Comfortable with ITSM/ticketing, change control and documentation. Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell/Bash) is a plus. Clear, confident communication skills translating technical concepts for non-technical users.

Subject-matter expertise in at least one of the following:
