Lookers Head Office Manchester is seeking a 1st line IT Service Desk Agent to join a busy, innovative team. The role supports a seamless customer experience, handles incidents per SLA and KPIs, and offers an exciting entry point for someone starting in IT or an experienced 1st Line Agent looking for a new challenge with an industry leader.

This 6-month FTC position requires working patterns with early starts, and will involve remote UK work with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• To provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations.
• Ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the SLA
• Ensuring all incidents are handled in accordance with the company's KPI's
• Working collaboratively with the team
• You must have previous demonstrable experience working in a busy environment and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Understanding of MS 365, Entra and Active Directory
