Job summary

Flexzo Teach is seeking experienced online 1:1 tutors to support children and young people with SEN and ASC. You will set your own schedule, handle remote bookings, and deliver personalised education in flexible roles.

Applicants must have SEN/ASC experience, at least 12 months teaching/tutoring, a bachelor’s degree with A-Levels, excellent English, UK work rights, and an Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
• At least 12 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• In progress of or completed a bachelor’s degree, plus completed A-Levels.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Proven ability to implement adapted learning plans, visual supports, and interest-led strategies for neurodivergent learners.
• A compassionate, patient, and nurture-focused approach.
