Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1:1 tuition or alternative provision.
• Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured 1:1 SEN tuition in Gravesend (typically home-based provision).
• Support CYP with EHCPs and complex additional needs.
• Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning goals.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and parents.
• Provide progress reports in line with Kent County Council requirements.
