Job summary

Rock Compliance in Harlow is seeking an experienced plumber to join our team covering Harlow and surrounding areas. The role focuses on fitting and installing unvented hot water systems, TMV servicing, and monitoring hot water systems on site.

You will hold NVQ Level 2 in plumbing, have excellent time management and communication, be prepared to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays, and possess a full clean driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' plumbing experience.
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing.
• Water hygiene knowledge.
• Must have full driving license.
• Willing to travel with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Fitting and installing unvented hot water systems.
• TMV servicing & installation.
• Monitoring hot water systems.
• CWST cleaning and disinfection.
• Dead leg removal and pipe modifications.
• Copper pipe work with solder ring/compression/press fit.
• Closed systems testing and dosing.
• On-site labour control and ensure fitters work meets standards.

Looking for an exciting new opportunity? We've got you covered! Due to business growth, we need an experienced Plumber to join our team in Harlow and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting and installing unvented hot water systems (direct and indirect)
• TMV servicing & installation
• Monitoring of hot water systems
• Clean and disinfection of CWSTs
• Dead leg removal and pipe modification 15mm/22mm/35mm
• Copper pipe work and fittings using solder ring/compression/press fit
• Closed Systems Testing / Analysis & Dosing
• Control of labour on site and check fitters work

Required Skills

• A minimum of 2 years' experience within the plumbing industry
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing
• Basic understanding of water hygiene
• Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused
• Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve
• You may be required to travel around your region with the need for an occasional overnight stayA full Clean Driving License is required.
