Commercial / Industrial Property Maintenance - £40k basic + overtime & shift allowance, with an average take-home pay between £45k-£50k. Company van – fully expensed + benefits. 40-hour working week.

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting remedial repairs and upgrades in various commercial and industrial settings. Following a visit by a Test & Inspection Engineer, the Electrician will complete any necessary upgrades or repairs. The role offers variety, such as replacing a breaker or upgrading switches throughout large industrial units.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:

• City & Guilds 2391-52 (or equivalent) qualification in Inspection and Testing.
• NVQ Level 3.
• 18th Edition.
• In-depth knowledge of BS 7671, IET Wiring Regulations, and other relevant standards and codes.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid UK driving license.
