Job summary

Sense Scotland in Forfar is seeking Relief Support Workers to cover planned and unplanned absences, helping people with complex needs to live independently at home or access activities.

As part of the relief pool you can share availability and preferences in advance so managers can plan effectively, matching your strengths and interests. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support from an experienced management team to develop your skills and support a meaningful, everyday life.

• Supporting people whose behaviour may be challenging
• Supporting with mobility, including wheelchair use and manual handling
• Preparing meals and supporting healthy lifestyles

About the service

At our Forfar Housing Support Service, we support 4 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live independently in their own homes. Every person we support has unique strengths, goals and support requirements, and we work closely with families and Welfare Guardians to provide person‑centred care.
