Thera is seeking a dedicated support worker to assist adults with learning disabilities using a person-centred approach. You will help individuals achieve personal goals, support daily living, and empower them to live the lives they choose.

No prior qualifications are required; comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves supporting people in their homes or in the community, with flexible hours and a focus on person-centred care.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Compassionate, caring and confident.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities in daily activities.
• Provide personal and emotional support to individuals.
