Real Life Options is seeking Relief Support Workers to provide person-centred care in Easterhouse, Glasgow. You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and ensure safety through thorough communication and documentation.

The role involves flexible shifts between 8am and 10pm, with potential night coverage, and requires a PVG disclosure. A supportive team environment and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a team and lone working; initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Enhanced PVG required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care, medication, cooking, and household tasks.
• Enable involvement in the local community and promote independence.
• Communicate with medical professionals and implement support plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of support provided.
• Communicate effectively with the team, family members.
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team.
