What You’ll Do: Support people with learning disabilities, assist with personal care, and help with finances and daily tasks while encouraging independence and community participation.

• Assist with personal care and medication, including bathing and dressing.
• Help with finances and everyday tasks like shopping and bill payments.
• Encourage independence and social inclusion through community activities.
• Use Positive Behaviour Support strategies to enhance quality of life.
• Build trusting relationships based on empathy and respect.
