We are looking for 3 Relief Support Workers to join our team to support 4 gentlemen within their own homes in the Bury and Rawtenstall areas. The gentlemen have learning disabilities and a variety of health needs. Full support with medication and personal care is required, as well as full support out in the community. Experience with challenging behaviour is required but not essential.

Shifts will be on a rota basis, which will include working weekends, Bank Holidays, and key days over the Christmas period.
