Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Relief Support Workers to join our team in Bradford.

As a Relief Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will work with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing emotional support, and engaging in activities like Zumba, pottery, swimming, theatre trips, and holidays.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities

Contract Options

Relief position with opportunities for overtime and shift pickup.

Shift Times

All services are 24-hour care. Rota is prepared at least 4 weeks in advance to help you plan your personal and social life.

• Days: 07:00-10:00, 10:00-15:00, 15:00-22:00
• Sleep-ins: 22:00-07:00
