Creative Support is a non-profit provider of person-centred care and support to older people, individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism spectrum conditions. We are recruiting Relief Support Workers for our Mental Health Care Service in Stretford.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing practical and emotional support to service users in line with Personal Support Plans.
2. Identifying and accessing opportunities with service users to promote independence and confidence.
3. Working with service users in a recovery-focused manner, adhering to their support and risk management plans.
4. Collaborating with service users, families, and professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service that maximizes outcomes.

Requirements:

• Experience working with individuals with mental health needs is essential.
• A warm personality and the ability to work in a person-centred way are required.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, and bank holidays to meet service needs.

As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in Stretford and across the country, provides information on the service and shifts, and directions. Payments are made weekly.
