We’re on the lookout for passionate Relief Support Workers to join our vibrant team in Warrington, Cheshire.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Accompany individuals on outings such as swimming, movie trips, or visits to nearby towns like Winwick, St. Helens, Leigh, and Newton-le-Willows.
2. Empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, maintain tenancies, engage in their communities, develop independent living skills, and achieve personal goals.
3. Support individuals as a Key Worker, offering personal care, medication assistance, and fostering meaningful relationships.
4. Manage administrative and housing tasks to ensure smooth operations.
5. Work flexibly as part of the relief team.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 12 months of experience supporting people with learning disabilities.
